REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy

As a Burchell bags  customer, we want you to be satisfied with your order.

Our refund/Exchange policy is simple:

1. A full refund/exchange  will be given on purchases that were shipped incorrectly or damaged, customers must provide proof of incorrect shipment or damage through email. Once everything as been resolve shipment of return should be made within 14 business days( of delivery date) or else claim will be dismissed. 

2.Refunds/exchange will be issued at  the discretion of Burchell bags,  if the product is returned in an unacceptable condition and prevents the product from being re-populated back into our inventory your claim will be dismissed.

3. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s). 

4.Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received by our Distribution Center. 

5.Burchell bags  is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. 

Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns. 

6.Items must be free of stains, makeup, or wear.

Helpful Hint: Burchell bags is not responsible for returns until they reach our Distribution Center in Chicago, IL. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Burchell bags will not issue  credit for your returns.
